80:88 – Stay Tuned EP (1985)

I’m posting this one based on obscurity and scarcity values alone. As for the content, well…it’s average new wave oriented synth pop stuff or shall I say fluff…I hadn’t listened to this one in many years and now I know why, it’s a bit sappy for my tastes …who knows, there may be some fans out there, so why not….80:88 was a Southern, California duo who leaned hard on their Linn drum programming and synthesizer skills…below average in my book…but it’s obscure and that’s what this blog is all about!
